METHODS FOR DETERMINING THE COMPATIBILITY OF SCION-ROOTSTOCS COMBINATIONS OF APRICOT AND PEACH

The article presents the results of studies to determine compatibility scion-rootstock combinations apricot and
 peach at stage growing planting material in nursery fields by using different methods. When and field, three forms incompatibility are determined exist: localized disease, starvation root system, weak cohesion between scion rootstock.
 Initially during laboratory based testing content RNA DNA was (using “ArtRNA MiniSpin” reagent kit) as well their ratio for 3 clonal rootstocks 18 peach, on basis which coefficients were calculated, made it possible distinguish groups: good (K = 0.01–0.17); medium 0.18–0.20) poor > 0.20), coinciding with groups according agrobiological evaluation field. Apricot varieties Znakhodka Pamyat Loiko, incompatible stock VPK-1, established.
